This project had numerous challenges, due to time constraints and introduction of the Covid 19, into our already compressed construction schedule. Ryan communicated his duration’s for each phase of his work scope, was flexible and showed up as scheduled. He also helped with color selections. Cascade West Coatings went out of their way for us, so we are giving a review and would gladly refer them to friends and family.

Ryan came out and gave me a very comprehensive quote, explained the whole process, and answered all my questions. When the time came for the work to be done the crew performed far beyond my expectations. They meticulously pressure washed the exterior of my house, carefully and thoroughly cleaning it. They caulked around every window, filled in every gap and crack on the exterior and completely masked off all the windows and doors. They spent a day painting the main color and then the trim, then the next day came back to touch everything up and finish the job. My job included painting the gutters and downspouts and they look pristine. Every day they cleaned up the area and left everything neat and tidy. The crew was exceptionally professional, friendly and absolutely knowledgeable. We just purchased our 15-year-old house 7 months ago and it looks like a brand-new build. I honestly can say this was a completely painless experience with a fantastic crew with great skills. I am beyond happy with the result and my house looks fantastic. We recently hired Cascade West Coatings to paint the exterior of our home. We were extremely impressed by the job they did. Ryan was organized and professional and Fidel and Jean were very meticulous and thorough. They all clearly care about the quality of their work from the initial prep work (incredible work patching dents in our wooden garage door and a broken window frame!) to the final touch ups and clean up (carefully replacing our fixtures and address plate and leaving the exterior of our home tidier than it’s ever been!). We have high expectations, but they exceeded them by an order of magnitude. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family and can’t imagine ever working with anyone else.
